Role Overview

Petra Mechatronics is looking for two experienced SEO Specialists to take our organic visibility to the next level. As a leader in industrial mechatronics, our SEO needs are highly technical and product-focused. We are looking for specialists who can bridge the gap between technical website performance and high-quality B2B content strategy.

Note: We are hiring for two positions to ensure full coverage of our SEO needs. Whether your strength lies in Technical SEO (site architecture/code) or Content/Off-page SEO (link building/copywriting), we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive onsite and offsite SEO roadmaps tailored for B2B industrial markets.

  • Technical SEO: Perform regular website audits, manage crawlability issues, and optimize site architecture, HTML, and CSS for better indexing.

  • Keyword Research & Selection: Conduct deep-dive research to identify high-intent B2B keywords and support PPC teams with data-driven selection.

  • Content Coordination & Copywriting: Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure all web properties are optimized for both search engines and user experience.

  • Link Building & Outreach: Execute ethical off-site optimization and authority-building strategies.

  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on organic traffic, rankings, and conversions using industry-standard tools.

 

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience specifically as an SEO Specialist.

  • Technical Stack: Strong understanding of website technicalities, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • SEO Tools: Proficiency with tools such as Screaming Frog, MOZ, Ahrefs, or Conductor.

  • Analytics: Expert level in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.

  • Residency: Must be a resident of Jordan and eligible to work in Amman.

  • Mandatory Documents: Experience certificates are required to verify previous professional roles.

 

Key Advantages (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Certifications: Active certifications in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or advanced SEO courses (HubSpot, Semrush, etc.) are a significant advantage.

  • E-commerce Experience: Specific experience with WooCommerce or large-scale B2B product catalogs.

  • PPC Knowledge: Familiarity with how SEO and Paid Search work together to dominate Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs).

 

Pre-Employment Assessment

Shortlisted candidates should be prepared for a practical assessment covering:

  1. Technical SEO Audit: (Intermediate to Advanced)

  2. Keyword Research & Strategy: (Advanced)

  3. On-Page Optimization & Copywriting: (Intermediate)
