We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Engineer to handle the inbound inquiries by following a professional sales process.
The candidate should be highly oriented in the:
- Technical sales
- Sales stages
- Sales process acceleration
- Effective communication
- Analytical thinking
- Problem-solving
- Task and time management
Scope of work
Handling the inbound/incoming sales inquires
- Receive inbound inquiries via phone, email, website chat, WhatsApp
- Assist the customer in the technical and commercial aspects to choose a product
- Prepare & send quotations or PI
- Follow-up
- Follow up with operations, sales coordinator, and back-office on deliveries to ensure a high level of customer service
- Maintain sales logs and reports
This Job may also involve with:
- Create Invoice, DO
- Creation of PL, COO
- Customer service
- Support business development tasks
Qualification
- Experience in sales (front line) handling negotiations and closing with a 2-years minimum in related products
- Experience certificate/s will be required
- Able to understand our products and services in a short period
- Have an overall awareness of mechatronics products
- University or Diploma (attested) degree preferably as an Engineer in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, or electro-mechanical related.
- Highly disciplined and organized to meet all requested works by the stakeholders with excellent results and performance
- Must be: Fast self-learner, confident personality, detail-oriented, 100% physically fit
- Fluent in English with a clear accent
- Skilled and experienced in: MS Word and Excel for making technical & commercial quotations, pricing, and cost calculations
- Good online search skills
- Very good in business communication
- Minimum typing speed: 25WPM
Qualifications as advantage+
- Experience in industrial weighing scales
- Experience in measuring instruments and gauges
