The applicant should be a sales closer-hunter; to close sales and hunt for new sales opportunities. Must be an excellent team player to help in increasing total sales and achieving the desired team target.

 

Main Areas of Responsibilities

  • Handle directly:-
    • Inbound sales inquiries closing 
    • Outbound sales: high profile B2C/Gov. and B2B/dealers
    • Outside Sales
    • Business Development
  • Support/collaborate closely:-
    • Inside sales
    • Marketing
    • Lead generation/development
    • Product development
    • Market Analysis

 

Scope of work

  • Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify sales opportunities and discern customer needs.
    • Utilize diverse channels, including social media, digital marketing, and networking, to uncover new sales prospects.

     

  • Sales Handling & Inquiry Management:
    • Manage diverse sales types, prioritizing high-value opportunities in alignment with team objectives.
    • Ensure prompt and effective responses to inquiries across multiple communication channels.
    • Engage in lead negotiation processes and facilitate customer support to drive favorable outcomes.

     

  • Operations & Service Delivery:
    • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.
    • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions to showcase products and foster client relationships.
    • Maintain optimal stock levels to support sales activities and demonstrations.

     

  • Feedback & Analysis:
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in products and services.

     

  • Sales Targets & Reporting:
    • Exceed sales targets and contribute significantly to the company’s overall success.
    • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and progress to inform strategic decision-making.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Frontline Sales: Minimum of 3+ years, with proven success in closing deals and prospecting.
    • Outdoor Sales: More than 1+ year of experience.
    • Industry Background: Experience in Mechatronics product sales, with 2+ years focusing on industrial weighing machines, instrumentation, POS, or industrial automation. To quickly adapt to our product and service portfolios.
    • Technical Understanding: Solid grasp of mechatronics, instrumentation & process control, and automation fields.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Negotiation & Marketing: Excellent capabilities in these areas.
    • Self-Learning: Strong ability to learn independently, with a confident and disciplined approach.
    • Organizational Skills: High level of organization, physical fitness, and self-motivation.
    • Goal-oriented: Results-driven mindset with minimal need for supervision.
    • Presentation Skills: Proficient in delivering attractive presentations and effective communication in English.
    • Research & Communication: Advanced online research skills and professional business communication.
    • Technical Quotations: Efficient typing speed (minimum 25 WPM) and adept in preparing quotations using Microsoft Word or Excel.

 

Qualification plus points

  • Holding a JORDANIAN driving license is a plus+
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus+
  • Technical sales experience
