Job Responsibilities 

  1. Recruitment and Staffing
    • Identifying staffing needs.
    • Develop and post job descriptions and ads. 
    • Advertise job openings on multiple platforms. 
    • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and recommend hires. 
    • Conduct pre-employment assessments. 
    • Participating in the selection process.
    • Extending job offers and negotiating terms.
  2. Employee Onboarding and Training
    • Facilitating orientation sessions.
    • Coordinating training programs.
  3. Benefits Administration
    • Managing health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
    • Processing enrollments and liaising with providers.
  4. Performance Management
    • Implementing performance review systems.
    • Facilitating evaluations and feedback.
  5. Employee Relations
    • Addressing concerns and mediating disputes.
    • Ensuring workplace harmony.
  6. Compliance with Labor Laws
    • Ensuring organizational compliance.
    • Maintaining records and updating policies.
  7. Payroll and HRIS/HRMS Management
    • Overseeing payroll processing.
    • Managing Human Resource Information Systems.
  8. Contractor and Freelancer Management: 
    • Coordinate hiring and management of outsourced staff and freelancers. 
    • Manage contracts and payments. 
  9. Support HR Policy Development and Implementation
    • Developing and updating HR policies.
    • Communicating policies to employees.
  10. Support Career Development and Succession Planning
    • Identifying and developing key talent.
    • Implementing succession planning strategies.
  11. Support Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives
    • Promoting workplace diversity and inclusion.
    • Implementing related programs and training.



Educational Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources from a recognized university.

Experience and Sector Knowledge:

  • Minimum Experience: At least 3 years in Jordan in recruitment roles, with knowledge of the full HR cycle, including but not limited to recruitment, policies, and procedures.
  • Sector Knowledge: Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations. Experience in various industries is preferred.
  • Certification: Must provide experience certificates for all previous positions held.

Skills and Abilities: 

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. 
  • Excellent time management with a proven track record of meeting deadlines. 
  • Proficient in analytical and problem-solving tasks. 
  • Capable of prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively. 
  • High standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. 
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Capable of performing administrative tasks outdoors as necessary.

Technical Proficiency: 

  • Minimum typing speed: 35 WPM. 
  • Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to conduct online searches effectively. 
  • Fluent in English (clear accent and excellent grammar).
