Introduction
We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead our sales division, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships across the UAE and GCC markets. The role requires a dynamic leader with both technical expertise and proven sales management skills in weighing systems, lifting solutions, automation, and industrial equipment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Support the sales team with technical knowledge, proposals, and solution presentations.
- Collaborate with technical, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and key account agreements.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to refine strategies.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and KPIs for management.
- Mentor and train sales staff to improve performance and technical knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 7–10 years of experience in technical sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of weighing systems, load cells, lifting equipment, and automation solutions.
- Proven success in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build long-term client partnerships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
