Introduction

We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our sales team, combining technical expertise with strong sales skills to support our growing portfolio of industrial solutions. The role requires someone who can understand customer requirements, recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure seamless collaboration between technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Promote and sell products such as weighing systems, lifting equipment, automation, and industrial tools.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and proposals.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for installations, projects, and after-sales service.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3–6 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or industrial equipment sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of weighing systems, load cells, lifting solutions, or automation.
  • Proven sales track record with ability to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools.
