Introduction

We are seeking a Technical Manager who will oversee our technical division, managing service operations, projects, and a team of engineers and technicians. This role demands a proactive leader with strong technical expertise in weighing systems, lifting equipment, calibration, and industrial automation. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of installations, service operations, and projects while driving technical excellence across the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical and engineering teams across weighing, calibration, lifting, and automation solutions.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, servicing, and repair of industrial equipment.
• Plan and manage projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, training, and mentorship to engineers and technicians.
• Approve technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international standards, calibration regulations, and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations teams to align technical execution with business needs.
• Support R&D, new product introductions, and continuous technical improvements.
• Manage escalated client issues and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
• 7–10 years of experience in technical management or engineering leadership.
• Strong knowledge of weighing equipment, load cells, calibration procedures, lifting systems, and automation.
• Proven ability to manage projects and technical teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of industrial standards and safety regulations.
