  • Related Products/Industry: Industrial weighing scales, measuring instruments, instrumentation & process control, industrial automation, material handling & lifting equipment, industrial tools & hardware, industrial machines & equipment.


The applicant should be a sales closer-hunter; to close sales and hunt for new sales opportunities. Must be an excellent team player to help in increasing total sales and achieving the desired team target.


Main Areas of Responsibilities

  • Handle directly:-
    • Inbound sales inquiries closing 
    • Outbound sales: high profile B2C/Gov. and B2B/dealers
    • Outside Sales
    • Business Development
  • Support/collaborate closely:-
    • Inside sales
    • Marketing
    • Lead generation/development
    • Product development
    • Market Analysis


Scope of work

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, meetings, networking, marketing team, and social media & digital marketing.
  • Handling sales types of: Products/items, B2C, B2B/dealers, Direct sales, Account-Based Sales, Projects
  • Receive inquiries via phone, email, website chat
  • Collaborate with inside sales to prioritize inquiries to focus on opportunities that will achieve higher sales output
  • Assist the customer in the technical and commercial aspects to choose a product
  • Handle/collaborate on issuing price lists, quotations, or PI
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate demonstrations and presentations on products and services.
  • Handle the follow-up, customer visits, negotiations, and closing
  • Handle complaints, or objections and work on finding effective solutions
  • Follow up with operations, sales coordinator, and back-office on deliveries to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Gather valuable feedback and analysis of products, services, customers, markets, or prospects and share it with internal teams for business and products development
  • Achieve the sales target and monitor the related marketing and demand segments, working towards monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

This Job may also involve with:

  • Create & maintain logs and reports for sales and marketing
  • Monitor the update/upload of the products on the website and CRM


Main Essential Qualification

  • Experience certificate/s related required
  • Sales experience: 2 years minimum total sales experience in the front-line closing and prospecting
  • Outdoor sales experience: 1-year minimum
  • Experience within the Related Products/Industry
  • Must be able to understand our products and services in a very short period
  • Have a good overall awareness of mechatronics/instrumentation & process control/ automation



  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Very good experience in the same scope of work
  • Must be: Fast self-learner, confident personality, highly disciplined and organized, 100% physically fit
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, goal-oriented in meeting your own deadlines with little to no supervision.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Fluent in English with a clear accent
  • Excellent online search skills
  • Excellent effective and efficient professional business communication
  • Minimum typing speed: 25WPM
  • Skilled and experienced in preparing technical & commercial quotations by Word or Excel


Qualification plus points

  • Holding a UAE driving license is a plus+
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus+
  • Technical sales experience
  • Diploma/Unversity related to mechatronics/instrumentation & process control/ automation
