We are a UAE-based company in Dubai, seeking an SEO Manager to join our team.
In this role, we have two vacancies available: SEO Manager and SEO Project Manager. The SEO Manager will plan, coordinate, organize, initiate, and supervise all SEO strategies and campaigns. The SEO Project Manager will plan, create, and manage project scope of work, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, organize, initiate, and supervise all SEO campaigns, including on-page optimization, off-page strategies, and technical SEO audits.
- Manage, lead, and coach the SEO team to achieve optimal performance, with a continuous focus on reviewing and improving strategies.
- Handle in-house team members, freelancers, and third-party service providers.
- Develop, implement, and manage effective keyword strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Measure and report performance of SEO campaigns, assessing results against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, optimizing strategies and resources based on findings.
- Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth tactics to improve organic search results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create optimized landing pages and improve the user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
- Monitor and manage site performance metrics, including load times and crawl rates.
- Evaluate and implement emerging SEO technologies and tools for better results.
- Ensure the website is fully optimized for mobile-first indexing and core web vitals.
Work Environment:
- Collaborate in both remote and onsite settings, ensuring seamless coordination with all stakeholders.
- Use leading remote platforms and communication tools to maintain efficiency.
Location Preference: Candidates from Nasr City or nearby areas who can easily commute are preferred.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field
- Valid reputed certifications related to SEO and digital marketing
- Proven working experience in SEO for 6+ years, including at least 2 years as an SEO Manager or in a related role
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing on-page SEO, off-page strategies, and technical SEO audits
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising SEO campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages, content, and user funnels for better organic reach
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments to improve SEO performance
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Search Console and other SEO tools
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and SEO constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms
