Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Mechanical).
About the Role
We are a UAE-based company headquartered in Dubai, seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the sales team, develop strategies to drive growth, and ensure strong client relationships across the UAE and GCC.
Job Description

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for UAE & GCC markets.

Respond to and follow up on inbound sales inquiries, ensuring timely conversion into deals.

Track and monitor sales performance, providing mentorship and support to team members.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by providing tailored solutions.

Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure accurate product communication.

Conduct sales training to strengthen the team’s product knowledge and selling skills.

Manage sales pipeline, prepare quotes, negotiate prices, and close high-value deals.

Monitor market and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Support R&D and contribute to product line development and market positioning.
Work Environment

Hybrid role with a mix of onsite meetings in Dubai and remote collaboration.

Use modern CRM and communication tools for efficient operations.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Mechanical).

Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, with at least 2 years in sales management or team leadership.

Technical understanding of industrial automation, mechatronics, and weighing systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong track record of closing deals and meeting/exceeding targets.

Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage leads, teams, and client accounts.

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Ability to manage complex sales cycles and deliver client-focused solutions.
Other Requirements

Experience managing sales teams in the UAE/GCC market.

Knowledge of industrial equipment trends in automation, lifting, weighing, and process control.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Capable of collaborating across departments (marketing, operations, technical).
