Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer with a passion for excellence in sales, both inside and outdoors. This role involves managing sales inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales from initial contact to closure.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, particularly in industrial weighing equipment or related fields.
- Education: Degree in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering, attested by UAE authorities.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Attributes: Disciplined, organized, fast learner, and physically fit.

Responsibilities:
- Sales Inquiry Management: Handle inquiries via various channels and guide customers in product selection.
- Quotation and Sales Process: Prepare quotes, engage in technical discussions, and coordinate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct follow-ups and visits to finalize sales.
- Sales Reporting and Market Research: Keep accurate sales records and identify sales opportunities through market research.
- Proactive Sales Initiatives: Engage in cold calling, networking, and digital marketing to uncover new sales prospects.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on technical sales and customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand our product range and services.
