Job Responsibilities
Job Analysis and Requirements:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of open positions.
- Conduct job analysis to determine the skills, experience, and qualifications needed for each role.
Sourcing and Outreach:
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Actively reach out to passive candidates to generate interest in open positions.
Candidate Screening:
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Recruitment Marketing:
- Develop and update compelling job descriptions and employer brand marketing materials.
- Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.
Support the development and refining of the recruitment process:-
- Improve Candidate Experience, Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), and ATS
- Improve the pre-job posting process and forms,
- Leverage Data and Analytics. Metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Job Qualifications and Skills
Educational Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources from a recognized university.
Experience and Sector Knowledge:
- Minimum Experience: At least 3 years in Jordan in recruitment roles, with knowledge of the full HR cycle, including but not limited to recruitment, policies, and procedures.
- Sector Knowledge: Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations. Experience in various industries is preferred.
- Certification: Must provide experience certificates for all previous positions held.
- IT Recruitment Experience: have a good background in hiring IT professionals, including web developers, digital marketers, and SEO specialists, particularly within the Jordanian market.
Skills and Abilities:
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Time Management: Excellent time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analytical and problem-solving tasks.
- Priority Management: Capable of prioritizing and effectively delegating tasks.
- Professional Integrity: High standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Technical Proficiency:
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM.
- Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Research Skills: Ability to conduct online searches effectively.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with a clear accent and excellent grammar.
Personal Attributes:
- Learning Ability: Fast learner, detail-oriented, and physically fit.
- Motivation: Self-motivated and results-driven, with the capacity to work independently.
- Organization: Organized, disciplined, and proficient.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Location and Mobility:
