Job Responsibilities 

Job Analysis and Requirements:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of open positions.
  • Conduct job analysis to determine the skills, experience, and qualifications needed for each role.

Sourcing and Outreach:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Actively reach out to passive candidates to generate interest in open positions.

Candidate Screening:

  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Recruitment Marketing:

  • Develop and update compelling job descriptions and marketing materials.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.

Record Keeping and Policy Development: 

  • Maintain detailed employee records and files. 
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies. 

General HR Support: 

  • Provide support for various HR and administrative tasks as needed. 




Experience and Sector Knowledge: 

  • 3+ years in roles as a Recruiter. 
  • Comprehensive experience in full HR cycle, including recruitment, policies, and procedures. 
  • Required: Experience certificates for all positions held. 

Skills and Abilities: 

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Excellent time management with a proven track record of meeting deadlines. 
  • Proficient in analytical and problem-solving tasks. 
  • Capable of prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively. 
  • High standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. 
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations. 

Technical Proficiency: 

  • Minimum typing speed: 35 WPM. 
  • Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to conduct online searches effectively. 
  • Fluent in English (clear accent and excellent grammar). 

Personal Attributes: 

  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, and physically fit. 
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently. 
  • Organized, disciplined, and able to multitask. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Presentable appearance. 


Location and Mobility: 

  • Preferably residing in the same location city and area, or possessing personal transportation. 
  • Flexibility: Flexible working locations. Highly skilled and experienced candidates can opt for remote work (work-from-home) or select coworking spaces & service offices.
  • Work Arrangements: Seniors may apply for flexible work schedules, including part-time contracts.
