Experience Level:
- 4+ years of experience in R&D or product management, with a focus on mechatronics-related products, industrial automation, weighing equipment, and other related industrial equipment.
- Engineering degree (preferably in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field).
Job Description:
- Market Research and Analysis:
Study market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to identify viable opportunities for expanding the company’s product portfolio. - New Product Development:
Propose, evaluate, and implement new product lines that align with Mechatronics products and systems and market needs. - Supplier Collaboration:
Engage with suppliers and manufacturers to source products, negotiate terms, and ensure alignment with quality and cost expectations. - Product Testing and Compliance:
Oversee product testing, ensuring all new products meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company quality benchmarks. - Project Management:
Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and successful market introduction. - Performance Monitoring:
Evaluate the performance of new product launches, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Work Environment:
- Collaborate in both remote and onsite settings, ensuring seamless coordination with all stakeholders.
- Use leading remote platforms and communication tools to maintain efficiency.
Location Preference: Candidates from Nasr City or nearby areas who can easily commute are preferred
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in R&D or product management, preferably in mechatronics, industrial automation, or weighing equipment.
- Engineering degree (preferably in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields).
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation to commercialization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and customer requirements to drive product decisions.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
