Introduction

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination across fulfilment, logistics, sales support, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing industrial operations, process optimization, and cross-departmental coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operational activities across fulfilment, logistics, sales support, and administration.
• Develop and implement policies, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, customer service, and finance teams for seamless workflow.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring timely procurement and delivery.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize resources and reduce costs.
• Supervise compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management.
• Recruit, train, and mentor operations staff to build high-performing teams.
• Support strategic business growth by scaling operations to meet future demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in industrial products or technical sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Proven success in process optimization, cost reduction, and workflow management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and operational reporting tools.
• Experience in weighing equipment, automation, or material handling is a plus.
