About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Engineer / Instrumentation Technician to handle installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial weighing systems, laboratory instruments, automation equipment and material handling equipment while assisting in technical coordination and operations
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission industrial and medical weighing systems, sensors, instruments and lifting equipment
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and component-level maintenance
- Carry out precise calibration, adjustments, and repairs on weighing equipment
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
- Utilize modern tools including AI-based tools to improve efficiency and performance while working independently with minimal supervision
- Prepare clear service reports and maintain proper documentation
- Support or handle sales & operations coordination
Requirements`
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation, or related field
- Knowledge of sensors, load cells, and calibration of instruments (e.g., weighing scales, pressure gauges, controllers) is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of PLC systems and control loops
- Troubleshooting skills (electrical and mechanical)
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Good communication skills in English
- Organized, adaptable, and able to work in industrial environments
- Must have a UAE driving license or willingness to obtain as soon as possible
