This position is specifically designed for experienced candidates residing in Jordan with a knack for sourcing and hiring top talent in the IT sector, particularly web developers, UI/UX designers, digital marketers, and SEO specialists.
Job Responsibilities
Job Analysis and Requirements:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to capture the essence of open IT positions.
- Conduct detailed job analyses to specify skills, experience, and qualifications required for tech roles.
Sourcing and Outreach:
- Employ diverse sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, focusing on IT roles.
- Proactively engage with passive candidates to pique interest in available IT positions.
Candidate Screening:
- Thoroughly review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates’ fit for tech roles.
- Conduct preliminary phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and alignment with company culture.
Recruitment Marketing:
- Craft and regularly update engaging job descriptions and materials that highlight the employer brand, tailored for the tech industry.
- Utilize various channels to enhance the company’s employer brand, aiming to attract top tech talent.
Recruitment Process Optimization:
- Enhance candidate experience, implement effective Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Streamline the pre-job posting process and related documentation.
- Apply Data and Analytics to refine recruitment strategies, focusing on metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness in the IT domain.
Job Qualifications and Skills
Educational Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field from a recognized university.
Experience and Sector Knowledge:
- Minimum Experience: At least 3 years in recruitment within Jordan, with a substantial focus on IT roles.
- Sector Knowledge: Profound understanding of employment laws and regulations in Jordan. Experience across various industries, with a preference for those familiar with the IT sector.
- IT Recruitment Experience: Solid background in hiring IT professionals, especially within the Jordanian market.
Skills and Abilities:
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command over MS Office Suite and adept at conducting online research. Familiarity with recruitment software and platforms.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, with exemplary communication skills.
- Proficient in HRMS, ATS, and CRM tools to streamline recruitment processes.
Personal Attributes:
- Eager learner, highly motivated, and possesses a detail-oriented approach.
- Demonstrates professional integrity, organization, and maintains a presentable appearance.
Location and Mobility:
- Preferably residing in Amman, or possessing personal transportation.
- Flexibility: Flexible working locations. Highly skilled and experienced candidates can opt for remote work (work-from-home) or select coworking spaces & service offices.
- Work Arrangements: Seniors may apply for flexible work schedules, including part-time contracts.
