Introduction

We are seeking an Inside Sales Team Leader to oversee our inbound sales operations. The role requires a driven professional who can manage a sales team, develop strategies, and ensure successful conversion of leads into sales. Experience in industrial products, weighing equipment, lifting solutions, and automation systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand customer base.
• Monitor lead pipelines, ensure timely follow-ups, and improve conversion rates.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews for sales staff.
• Coordinate with technical, operations, and marketing teams to align customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management.
• Handle key customer interactions, negotiations, and escalations when needed.
• Ensure CRM systems are effectively used and data is maintained accurately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in industrial equipment, weighing systems, or automation preferred.
• Proven track record of managing teams and meeting sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
