Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to leading and managing a team of inside sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, while also ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Scope of work
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and nurture leads.
- Close deals through effective coaching and mentoring of the sales team.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress towards goals.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance.
- Follow up with operations, sales coordinator, and back-office on deliveries to ensure a high level of customer service
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- The degree must be attested by Jordan.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience in related products (mechatronics or similar fields) is required.
- Provision of experience certificates to validate sales experience.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to rapidly understand and effectively communicate our products and services.
- Good knowledge and overall awareness of mechatronics products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, especially in creating technical and commercial quotations, pricing, and cost calculations.
- Excellent online research skills.
- Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute (WPM).
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans and initiatives.
- Personal Attributes:
- Highly disciplined and organized, capable of meeting stakeholder demands with outstanding results and performance.
- Fast self-learner with a confident personality.
- Detail-oriented.
- Must be 100% physically fit.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English with a clear accent.

Qualifications as advantage+
- Holding a JORDANIAN driving license
- Experience in industrial weighing scales
- Experience in measuring instruments and gauges
