Job Responsibilities 

Strategic HR Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with the management to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.

Policy Development and Implementation:

  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including workforce planning, job analysis, and candidate sourcing.
  • Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure effective and efficient hiring practices.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop employee training and development programs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary reviews and ensure competitiveness in the job market.

HR Compliance:

  • Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure HR practices and policies comply with legal requirements.

HR Budget Management:

  • Manage the HR budget effectively, allocating resources for various HR programs and initiatives.

HR Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate reports and analytics on HR metrics to support decision-making.
  • Present HR data and insights to senior management.

 

 

Qualifications 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, IT/Computer, or a related field is typically required.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field for senior HR management roles is a plus+.

Professional Experience:

  • Several years of progressive experience in human resources roles, including experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and other HR functions.
  • Experience in a managerial or leadership role, demonstrating the ability to lead and manage HR teams.

Certifications as an advantage (plus+):

  • Professional certifications in human resources can enhance qualifications. Common certifications include:
    • Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
    • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
    • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
    • SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)

Knowledge and Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Leadership skills to manage and guide HR teams and influence organizational change.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using HR software for data management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and the ability to use data to inform HR strategies.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Adaptability:

  • The ability to adapt to changing business environments and evolving HR trends.
  • Flexibility to handle diverse HR challenges and initiatives.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively communicating HR policies, changes, and initiatives to employees and management.

Leadership and Management Skills:

  • Proven leadership abilities, including the capacity to lead and motivate HR teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage HR functions strategically and contribute to organizational leadership.

Location and Mobility: 

  • Preferably residing in Cairo, or possessing personal transportation. 
  • Flexibility: Flexible working locations. Highly skilled and experienced candidates can opt for remote work (work-from-home) or select coworking spaces & service offices.
  • Work Arrangements: Seniors may apply for flexible work schedules, including part-time contracts.
