We are a UAE based company in Dubai, seeking a HR Manager to join our team, with opportunities available for both full-time and part-time/freelance positions.

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development, ensuring we attract, retain, and nurture top talent to meet our company’s strategic and operational goals.

 

Job Description

  • Identify short-term and long-term hiring needs
  • Set performance standards and evaluate local HR teams
  • Design employees’ compensation and benefits packages
  • Define onboarding procedures in alignment with our company culture
  • Help organize employer branding activities (e.g. host a recruitment event)
  • Determine training plans per employee and department
  • Prepare and manage division’s budget
  • Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as needed
  • Design and implement company policies that comply with our business objectives
  • Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards
  • Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues
  • Coordinate with National HR Manager to craft organization-wide strategies and objectives

Work Environment:

  • Collaborate in both remote and onsite environments, ensuring seamless coordination with all stakeholders.
  • Use leading recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and communication tools for an efficient hiring process.

Location Preference: Candidates from Nasr City or nearby areas who can reach the office easily are preferred.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role
  • Understanding of full cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of local labor regulations
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources Management Software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership abilities
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field

 

Location and Mobility: 

  • Preferably residing in Cairo, or possessing personal transportation. 
  • Flexibility: Flexible working locations. Highly skilled and experienced candidates can opt for remote work (work-from-home) or select coworking spaces & service offices.
  • Work Arrangements: Seniors may apply for flexible work schedules, including part-time contracts.
