Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Staffing
- Identifying staffing needs.
- Develop and post job descriptions and ads.
- Advertise job openings on multiple platforms.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and recommend hires.
- Conduct pre-employment assessments.
- Participating in the selection process.
- Extending job offers and negotiating terms.
- Employee Onboarding and Training
- Facilitating orientation sessions.
- Coordinating training programs.
- Benefits Administration
- Managing health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Processing enrollments and liaising with providers.
- Performance Management
- Implementing performance review systems.

Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources from a recognized university.
Experience and Sector Knowledge:
- Minimum Experience: At least 3 years in Jordan in recruitment roles, with knowledge of the full HR cycle, including but not limited to recruitment, policies, and procedures.
- Sector Knowledge: Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations. Experience in various industries is preferred.
- Certification: Must provide experience certificates for all previous positions held.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent time management with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in analytical and problem-solving tasks.
- Capable of prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively.
- High standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Capable of performing administrative tasks outdoors as necessary.
Technical Proficiency:
- Minimum typing speed: 35 WPM.
- Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to conduct online searches effectively.
- Fluent in English (clear accent and excellent grammar).

Location and Mobility:
