Job Responsibilities 

Recruitment Coordination:

  • Assist in the coordination of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Support the onboarding process for new IT hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and orientations are completed.

Job Posting and Advertisement:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms, including job boards, company websites, and social media.
  • Assist in creating compelling job descriptions tailored to IT roles.

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future IT positions.

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with IT hiring managers and team members.
  • Ensure all relevant parties are well-prepared for the interview process.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies within the IT department.
  • Maintain accurate records related to hiring, onboarding, and other HR processes.

General HR Support: 

  • Provide support for various HR and administrative tasks as needed. 

 

 

Qualifications 

Experience and Sector Knowledge: 

  • 2+ years in roles as HR Coordinator IT. 
  • Experienced in HR, including recruitment, policies, and procedures. 
  • Required: Experience certificates for all positions held. 

Skills and Abilities: 

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Excellent time management with a proven track record of meeting deadlines. 
  • Proficient in analytical and problem-solving tasks. 
  • Capable of prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively. 
  • High standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. 
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations. 

Technical Proficiency: 

  • Minimum typing speed: 35 WPM. 
  • Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to conduct online searches effectively. 
  • Fluent in English (clear accent and excellent grammar). 

Personal Attributes: 

  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, and physically fit. 
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently. 
  • Organized, disciplined, and able to multitask. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Presentable appearance. 

 

Location and Mobility: 

  • Preferably residing in the same location city and area, or possessing personal transportation. 
  • Flexibility: Flexible working locations. Highly skilled and experienced candidates can opt for remote work (work-from-home) or select coworking spaces & service offices.
  • Work Arrangements: Seniors may apply for flexible work schedules, including part-time contracts.
