Job Responsibilities 

Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, offer letters, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data.

Onboarding Support:

  • Assist with the onboarding process by preparing new employee paperwork and orientation materials.
  • Coordinate the completion of required documents and forms.

HR Communication:

  • Distribute internal HR communications, policy updates, and other relevant information to employees.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries from employees.

Recruitment Support:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment-related documentation.
  • Assist with job postings and candidate screening.

Training and Development Coordination:

  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other employee development programs.
  • Track employee participation in training activities.

Compliance Assistance:

  • Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Participate in audits and compliance checks.

 

 

Qualifications 

Experience and Sector Knowledge: 

  • 2+ years in roles as HR Admin. 
  • Experienced in HR cycle, including recruitment, policies, and procedures. 
  • Required: Experience certificates for all positions held. 

Skills and Abilities: 

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Excellent time management with a proven track record of meeting deadlines. 
  • Proficient in analytical and problem-solving tasks. 
  • Capable of prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively. 
  • High standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. 
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations. 

Technical Proficiency: 

  • Minimum typing speed: 35 WPM. 
  • Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to conduct online searches effectively. 
  • Fluent in English (clear accent and excellent grammar). 

Personal Attributes: 

  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, and physically fit. 
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently. 
  • Organized, disciplined, and able to multitask. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Presentable appearance. 

Location and Mobility: 

  • Preferably residing in Cairo, or possessing personal transportation.
