Job Responsibilities
Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, offer letters, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data.
Onboarding Support:
- Assist with the onboarding process by preparing new employee paperwork and orientation materials.
- Coordinate the completion of required documents and forms.
HR Communication:
- Distribute internal HR communications, policy updates, and other relevant information to employees.
- Respond to general HR inquiries from employees.
Recruitment Support:
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment-related documentation.
- Assist with job postings and candidate screening.
Training and Development Coordination:
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other employee development programs.
- Track employee participation in training activities.
Compliance Assistance:
- Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Participate in audits and compliance checks.
Qualifications
Experience and Sector Knowledge:
- 2+ years in roles as HR Admin.
- Experienced in HR cycle, including recruitment, policies, and procedures.
- Required: Experience certificates for all positions held.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent time management with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in analytical and problem-solving tasks.
- Capable of prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively.
- High standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Technical Proficiency:
- Minimum typing speed: 35 WPM.
- Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to conduct online searches effectively.
- Fluent in English (clear accent and excellent grammar).
Personal Attributes:
- Fast learner, detail-oriented, and physically fit.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently.
- Organized, disciplined, and able to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable appearance.
Location and Mobility:
- Preferably residing in Cairo, or possessing personal transportation.
