Petra Mechatronics, a leading company in the B2B eCommerce industry specializing in industrial automation and measuring instruments, is expanding its digital and website services division in Cairo, Egypt. We are currently seeking two highly skilled Full Stack Web Developers to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Full Stack Web Developer at Petra Mechatronics, you will handle both front-end and back-end web development tasks, ensuring the stability of our website, maintaining page speed, and implementing technical SEO requirements. Your proficiency in WordPress WooCommerce plugins development and WordPress Theme Development will be central to your role. Your aptitude for using AI Tools like ChatGPT for development will be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Develop WordPress Solutions: Craft themes and plugins to enhance website functionality.
- Web Development Management: Oversee both front-end and back-end development aspects.
- Website Optimization: Enhance website speed, stability, and security.
- SEO Implementation: Apply and manage technical SEO to boost site visibility.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with design and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest web development trends and practices.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a Full Stack Web Developer or similar role.
- WordPress Proficiency: Strong skills in WordPress, including WooCommerce plugins and theme development.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery) and back-end technologies (PHP, MySQL).
- Design Principles: Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design.
- SEO Understanding: Ability to integrate SEO principles effectively.
- Problem-Solving and Precision: Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Teamwork and Independence: Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Security Awareness: Knowledge of web security best practices.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field will be plus+ point.
- Residency: Must be a resident of Egypt.
