Introduction

We are seeking a Fulfilment Manager to oversee order processing, stock control, and logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage end-to-end fulfilment processes, coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners, and maintain efficiency in stock handling and dispatching for industrial equipment and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily fulfilment operations including order processing, inventory control, and shipping.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers across the UAE and GCC.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Develop and implement fulfilment policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with sales, procurement, and customer service teams for smooth order execution.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Manage relationships with logistics providers and negotiate service agreements.
  • Optimize workflows to reduce delays, minimize costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on fulfilment performance, KPIs, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in fulfilment, logistics, or warehouse management.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory systems, and ERP/CRM software.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and optimize operations.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and vendor negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in industrial products or equipment fulfilment preferred.
