Introduction
We are seeking a Fulfilment Manager to oversee order processing, stock control, and logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage end-to-end fulfilment processes, coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners, and maintain efficiency in stock handling and dispatching for industrial equipment and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily fulfilment operations including order processing, inventory control, and shipping.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers across the UAE and GCC.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics.
- Develop and implement fulfilment policies and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and customer service teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Manage relationships with logistics providers and negotiate service agreements.
- Optimize workflows to reduce delays, minimize costs, and improve efficiency.
- Prepare reports on fulfilment performance, KPIs, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in fulfilment, logistics, or warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory systems, and ERP/CRM software.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and optimize operations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and vendor negotiation abilities.
- Experience in industrial products or equipment fulfilment preferred.
