We are a UAE based company in Dubai, seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team.

 

In this role, we are hiring for two vacancies available: Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Project Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will Plan, coordinate, organize, initiate, and supervise all digital marketing. The Digital Marketing Project Manager will Plan, create, and manage project process scope of work, timelines, budgets, and resources

 

Job Description

  • Plan, create, and manage project process scope of work, timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, development, and analytics) and external vendors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEM, and paid ads.
  • Collaborate on content creation strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and analytics.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Foster collaboration and clear communication across departments.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members as needed.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.
  • Analyze ROI and KPIs to determine the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.
  • Gather feedback and incorporate it into future campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends.
  • Recommend new technologies or approaches to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Work Environment:

  • Collaborate in both remote and onsite environments, ensuring seamless coordination with all stakeholders.
  • Use leading remote platforms, and communication tools for an efficient process.

 

Location Preference: Candidates from Nasr City or nearby areas who can reach the office easily are preferred.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 2 years as a project manager.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising strategies.
  • Analytical skills to measure ROI, KPIs, and campaign performance effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client engagement.
  • Leadership abilities to motivate cross-functional teams and provide mentorship.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Basecamp, MS Project).
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
