Job Title: Branch Manager

Experience Level:
- 5+ years of experience as a Branch Manager.
We are a UAE-based company in Dubai, seeking an Branch Manager to join our team.
In this role, the Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing a team, and driving sales growth within the mechatronics, industrial automation, and weighing equipment sectors.
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Meet goals and metrics
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
Work Environment:
- Collaborate in both remote and onsite settings, ensuring seamless coordination with all stakeholders.
- Use leading remote platforms and communication tools to maintain efficiency.
Location Preference: Candidates from Nasr City or nearby areas who can easily commute are preferred
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in industrial weighing systems or mechatronics is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in the industrial weighing equipment sector or mechatronics-related products and systems (e.g., lab scales, batching, packing systems, weighbridge technology, mechatronic systems, etc.).
- Proven experience in sales, operations, and team leadership within the industrial, manufacturing, or mechatronics industry.
- Strong understanding of mechatronic systems and industrial weighing systems, including lab scales, batching systems, packing systems, and weighbridge technology.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of business operations, budgeting, and financial management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, ERP software. Familiarity with specialized weighing systems or mechatronic systems software is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in industrial weighing, calibration, or equipment maintenance are preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
