A company in UAE looking for an Accountant that can handle general accounts using Zoho Books and Excel and be able to shift to MS Dynamics Business Central. The applicant should be familiar with multiple accounting software. Able to understand our product specifications to physically manage and control the inventory. Native Arabic speakers will be an advantage. Experience in cost accounting or holding a CMA will be an advantage.

Scope of work

Perform the below by using Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Excel in a highly professional manner

  • Accounting
  • Bookkeeping
  • Cost calculations
  • Pricing
  • Stock control
  • Payroll
  • Documents control

Issue highly accurate reports either as system-generated or Excel. And perform a basic financial audit.



  • Experience within the trading and Manufacturing industry
  • Fast self-learner and starter 
  • 2-4 years experience in the must of the scope of work, including:-
    • 2 years in accounting 
    • 2 years in bookkeeping
    • 1-year in cost calculations or pricing 
    • 1-year inventory/stock control
  • Experience certificate/s related is required (for all experienced applicants)
  • Highly skilled and experienced (excellent) in Excel
  • Education: Certified in accounts (only) with excellent accounting & bookkeeping experience 
  • Minimum typing speed: 25WPM
  • Must be: confident personality, highly disciplined and organized, 100% physically fit
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, goal-oriented in meeting your own deadlines with little to no supervision.
  • Fluent in English with a clear accent
  • Excellent online search skills
  • Excellent effective and efficient professional business communication
  • Good in MS Word


Qualification as an advantage+

  • Holding a UAE driving license
  • More than 2 years of Zoho Books experience
  • Hands-on experience with ERP software
