This job requires a highly-skilled, experienced, professional, and fast learner candidate to work closely with the GM. You should have a history of being self-motivated with a results-driven approach, goal-oriented in meeting your own deadlines with little to no supervision.

  • Highly skilled and experienced with a total of 4 years minimum in secretarial and administrative support.
  • Fully aware, skilled, and experienced (2 years minimum) in handling professionally the standard executive assistant duties and responsibilities and able to start handling them ASAP.
  • Skilled and experienced in providing support & assistance in the below, and able to handle from the start:-
    • HR
    • Basic accounting
    • Tasks and Calendar Management
  • Can handle outdoor admin work when required
  • Able to understand the basics of the below in a short period:-
    • Products
    • Supply chain
    • Digital marketing
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, goal-oriented in meeting your own deadlines with little to no supervision.
  • Highly disciplined and organized to meet all requested works by the stakeholders with excellent results and performance
  • Must be: Fast self-learner, confident personality, detail-oriented, 100% physically fit
  • Fluent in English with a very clear accent, excellent English grammar
  • Skilled and experienced in: MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent effective and efficient professional business communication, ethics, etiquettes
  • Minimum typing speed: 35WPM
  • Excellent online search skills
  • You should be staying in an area where you have easy access to Business Bay and International City, or have your own car.


Qualifications as advantage

  • Working in an industry or environment close to ours is a plus+
  • Experience or good knowledge in: FCL/LCL, international purchase, HR, IT, Finance is a plus+
  • Hands-on experience with Projects/CRM software is a plus+
  • Holding a UAE driving license is a plus+
  • Office management with team-leading experience is a plus+
  • Arabic is a plus+
  • Holding a university/diploma degree related to business, finance, logistics, IT, or engineering is a plus+
